NetLinkr provides LinkedIn automation services that help you manage outreach campaigns, connect with leads, and automate certain LinkedIn actions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and applicable laws and regulations.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks").

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription period.

You acknowledge that LinkedIn may restrict, suspend, or terminate your LinkedIn account if you violate their Terms of Service. NetLinkr is not responsible for any actions taken by LinkedIn against your account.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NetLinkr, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
